Are you asking about the tract homes at Elara, Skycrest, or Sundance?

I'm not a whole lot knowledgeable on Beaumont (thus is not my main stopping grounds), though I do know a little more about Banning (being a bit closer to the desert). Personally, IMO, I think that both Banning and Beaumont are pretty nice (the latter of which is a little nicer). Suburban for the most part, rural still in some areas.

Besides Banning and Beaumont, there also lies Calimesa, Cabazon, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa, and Oak Glen, all of which I would say are pretty nice, too, at least IMO. This particular area is locally known as the San Gorgonio Pass area, the Banning Pass, the Cabazon Pass, or simply, "the Pass."

I especially really like the area south of the 10 and around the State Route 79 (Beaumont Avenue, Lamb Canyon Road) in Beaumont. Lots of large vacant spaces out that way; really nice and pretty! Quite a bit "country-looking." Actually, I like a lot of areas in both Banning and Beaumont (a lot of which is vast open land). Again, it's really nice and pretty out there!

Honestly, if I had to choose only one of all of the areas in the San Gorgonio Pass, it would probably be either Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa, or Cabazon. Aside from the Coachella Valley (Greater Palm Springs Area), the Pass is one of my other most favorite areas of both Riverside County and the Inland Empire. Just my opinion.

Another thing that I like about Banning/Beaumont is the weather: cool to pretty darn cold in the winter, moderate in the spring and fall, and pretty dry and hot in the summer. It can sometimes get above 105-110°F out there (especially in nearby Cabazon), but it is rather infrequent. Oh, and not to mention, lots and lots of wind out there, too!

Sorry if that doesn't add up to your question, but this is just my observation only.

I was looking for some insight on the build quality of Pardee Homes. The area im looking at is Westridge in Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore. I would like to hear from anybody who has bought a home from Pardee Homes to see if the the homes are of high build quality or not.
