Gentrification can reverse coarse, especially during a recession. We are in the longest bull market in American history right now. Millennials have never seen or experienced a recession or even a bear market. You have to ask yourself, what will this place be like if there is a recession? And, yes, recessions are still possible.

What? Many of them finished high school or college just when the economy tanked. They have most certainly been through a recession.

In some parts, unfortunately yes - local news showed last year’s response to protests back in June, there were lots of businesses vandalized or set on fire (DMV on Waterman) for example. But it’s not that entirely bad, lots of people living out there with heart, trying to make a difference as they did when they came out the very next day cleaning up the very same businesses that were damaged. Sandals church also doing good for the community trying to reach those that are struggling

I think old San Berdoo will prevail someday, again, it’s not that bad, just needs tlc by the government that abandoned it like it’s mayor John Valdivia has done & a huge disgrace he is being in the news every so often with controversial statements & harassment claims. Wikipedia has a scandal paragraph on him

San Bernardino is the most dangerous city in southern California now...it use to be Compton but now since the 2000s the IE is taking the torch of murder cap.
