Is there by any chance that your house is in San Jacinto?

Never mind, usually houses around that area has a lawn in front of the house

Cute house all around, what do you plan on doing with the back yard?

I liked the kitchen a lot, it has lots of storage. Congrats!

if you're doing the backyard all by yourself - thats going to be a pain

I dig around 20 holes and the soil is extremely hard - even with the machine

Congratulations..! Welcome to VV..! it's a great place to live. lots of people blogging here, like to bad mouth it, but it is growing and evolving. It is the paradise of the future. You did good....! As far as the back yard, you have one...! Most people in OC pay three times as much, and have a postage stamp for a back yard. Take your time, the back is down the road when you catch up. You're gonna love it here in the desert... We do..!
