Default Please Help!

So I was urinating in public in a cop gave me a notice to appear in court P.C. 853.9. I appeared in court and I requested a Verified Complaint. The judge said I can plea guilty or not guilty at this court apperance. So I pleaded not guilty and asked for a public defender, and she scheduled another court date. Can I still write an arraignment by declaration letter asking for a Verified Complaint so I don't have to go to the next court date? If so, what all should the letter say? And what all should be on the letter?

Thanks in advance

This reminds me of a line once uttered by the late, great Edward Abbey: "If a man can't **** in his own front yard, he's livin' too close to town".

"****" is considered a "bad word" here at the always prudish C-D. Whoda thunk?

Default fine for urinating

And I'm happy to report that I'm urinating just fine!

It's good to live somewhere in which every gas station and stop & rob/convenience strore maintains clean, public restrooms.

I urinated in my chair - just so nobody would take it out of my office.
