Anyone here live in Chino at The Preserve? We've been exploring the ideea of a new construction home there but are a bit hesitant because of the high taxes, cow smell, flies and future uncertainty. We also considered Ontario Ranch but found the Preserve to be a bit nicer. Any input?

Spring Mountain Ranch new home community by KB Home in Riverside, CA has NO HOA. Three new communities are going to be opened on January 2022. No cow smell too.

The future at the Chino Preserve will be sort of bleak because the homes and neighborhood will be older than Ontario Ranch. Eastvale is already turning into like Moreno Valley a little (more lower-income residents moving in), due to the age of the homes. Some of the roads are no longer well-maintained anymore.

.

Please provide references. To say Eastvale is turning into Moreno Valley is a pretty ignorant statement.
