I lived most of my life in Rancho Cucamonga and own a condo there that I am renting out. I am the owner/landlord.

I can give you a lot of great info on Rancho Cucamonga.

Check out my MySpace page for more info, including video tours of Rancho Cucamonga: myspace.com/ranchocondo

Rancho Cucamonga really is a beautiful area with stunning views of the San Bernardino mountains and the valleys below. Rancho Cucamonga is nestled right at the foot of the mountains.

The youtube video you have linked about "Living the dream in RC" has the most hilarious song I've ever heard:

YouTube - Living the Dream in Rancho Cucamonga

"...where the economy's strong, in the Rancho Cucamonga sun."

Words come to mind while listening to that song: Jingoism, boosterism, George Babbitt, silly realtors, advertising.....
