I am currently in Cape Town South Africa looing towards a California city that is growing fast or set to grow. Temecula looks like it might be such a place. I would love advice on this and other cities that are set for growth. I was in Huntington Beach many years ago and have wondered it it might still be an option. Please help with what you have

Be careful in Temecula today because this area exploded during the property jaggernaut that occured over the past 7 years, but areas like this on the fringe typically get hit the hardest during a downturn like we are in now.

Personally, you should go there and rent first and get a feel for the state that the RE market is in before buying. However, long term I like that area in general. I just think there will be many deals to be had out there over the next few years.
