I would choose Cerritos out of the three, but it depends on where you are working. If IE then redlands. La Habra is a nice town, but street traffic is starting to pick up and the closest freeways are 20+ minutes in any direction. Cerritos is a very nice city, nice houses, well kept, right off the 605 and 91 fwys, good schools, etc. From Cerritos (with no traffic) you can be at the beach within 20 minutes, downtown in 30, and the mountains in 45. I think of Cerritos as a gem in LA county!

Now although la habra like to think they are orange county they actually fall under l.a. County unless that has changed since i left the post office in '02. But i know folks that live in la habra, in great family neighborhoods that are diverse. I spent ny eve 07 at a house party in la habra. There are million dollar homes in la habra but like some say i am sure there are the less than desirable parts.
I would say base yr decision on where you or spouse are going to be working. The commute traffic here is no joke.

la habra is orange county!!!
