Living at a walking distance from a freeway it's easy to just jump on it and go to wherever I want. For work I use only surface streets, it's very close. And indeed housing is still affordable in Inland Empire and I wouldn't give Inland Empire for Garden Grove or Westminster (I don't know about Fountain Valley).

We drive almost an hour to the beach (sometimes less), the only problem is when we get there: the parking!

I remember that. Last summer, the parking at HB was $10. More than Disneyland (8$). If there is a national surfing competition or some other event, people have to park miles away off of Beach Blvd. or one of the other streets.

Chino Hills is one of the hidden secrets of southern california. Good schools, nice people, and safe. Also, lots of diversity here.
