Its good for the local economy. I just wish we had more to export to them and bring the trade balance more in line. I get concerned with the Chinese being so heavily invested in our country.

Me too, but after researching the subject its not only Chinese, its also Japanese, England, Germany, Middle East, Australia.
And when the US economy tanks so does the countries that invested in it.

Problem is we, the USA, have been in debt for a long time and when a country needs money it borrows from other countries in turn we give them dibs on trading, helping them during wars, etc...
Hopefully we can climb out and figure out a way to pay it down and get back to turning the tables around, how I dont know.

At any rate hopefully this company will help people save their homes and get some people some jobs that are needed right now.
