A bunch of dozers tearing down all of the new houses and a Baker's or In-n-Out in Adelanto.

More bicycle paths/lanes, and perhaps a nice long one that parallels the 15 through the Pass.

Not so much the bigrigs that scare me on the freeway more than the "dude-bruh" element in their lifts and toyhaulers who drift lanes like a destroyer dodging mines!!!

The women in SUV's talking on cell phones are more scary to me than any truck driver. At least truck drivers know how to drive. If the SUV drivers don't get you on your bike, the crummy roads and potholes will do you in...

In AV... Trader Joes or Henrys, and a beautiful GREEN park with grown trees and hiking.
Somewhere near or in AV... an AMC and a tea house.

I'm not familiar w/ the High Desert at all, but for the next 3 mos, I'll be working in Hesperia as part of my university program requirement. The city looks so boring. I sure wouldn't want to live there. I only really see mom & pop type businesses, especially w/ the eating places. There's not really any chain restaurnants & eateries.
