Default One thing seems to be sure already...

... the people in Temecula are so much friendlier and funnier than everybody here in Baltimore I can't wait to leave this planet!

Thanks for all the compliments and if I need a quality control I will let you know... (my husband will be happy - he blames me for gaining to much weight)!

I just got an email from the health department - and yes it's not allowed to have a second kitchen in your home, which you could use just for my baking. So I need to think again - how I can make that work. It's always hard if you don't have clients at the beginning and renting a shop right away...

On the other hand this is what I want to do - so I will figure something out.

About the delicious look - I'm not sure if I should be relieved or sad that my cakes look better then I do

Ok - see you guys hopefully soon - for coffee and cake!

Celine

You might have to secure the use of a commissary kitchen There's a current thread about that very subject in progress in the San Diego forum.

FWIW, there is a new cake store called Nothing Bundt Cakes getting ready to open here in Temecula in the Target shopping center off Rancho California... Welcome to Nothing Bundt Cakes! Gather 'Round

I have seen a few others here and there driving around town, too. I suspect some internet searches will turn them up...good luck!

You can always borrow a kitchen. I know that Sprouts Market in Temecula rents out it's kitchen to some bakers/chefs in the area. And I am sure there are others. Possibly even the city has some resources.
As for cupcake/cake places we have a few but nothing that really stands out in taste. To me taste is everything.

Your cakes are the most amazing things I've ever seen. I don't know Temecula, but if you have that kind of talent, I think you should open your own business.
