If you are interested in management and have an undergrad engineering or science background, I would choose Rady School (UCSD). But for general MBA, especially marketing (and if you want to build your career in SD), SDSU program is actually more established and pretty highly regarded.

Going downtown is only a 10-15 minute drive. Or you can take the trolley directly from SDSU to downtown. I've never taken the trolley between the two, but I imagine it would take about 45 minutes.

A masters degree in marketing, IMO, has to be close to useless, especially in San Diego. Masters degrees now are not worth the money. CPAs are now more desirable than masters degrees.

I have researched both. From what I gather, UCSD is more expensive and harder to get admission, but the "UC" degree is seen much better than a "state" school's degree.

Every school in the country offers MBA, why limit yourself to just these 2 schools?

friend of mine advised me these 2 schools and i don't have any idea for both of them. I only searched from web and I need to practice my english before master study. after my pre-mba programme I'll decide about master education.
