Old School - Bronx the best of the bunch. ZPizza not old school, neither bad nor very good. Where's Sicilian Thing?

Gourmet - Fusion not worth it. I hear the Artisan in Encinitas is worth a try.

Skip Brooklyn as not as good as Bronx. Skip Bruno as running topping - Bar Basic is better for that type.

New York Giant Pizza is actually quite good. They recently closed down their India St address (dang), but have other locales in Rancho Pensaq. (but I'm never there).

Beyond SD, I'll need to get back to ya on my favorites, though I recall a place in Delaware that was called in ~Elizabeth's with all famous Elizabeth's on the walls (Taylor, Queen, etc). http://pizzabyelizabeths.com/pages/video_scenes.html
