Hello, I am relocating from DC.
I would like to find what areas in San Diego are safe for living, have good elementary schools. Also since the family income is only a little over 100k if you can point me to an area that has all the above in addition to affordable rents I would really appreciate it.
Please don't tell me that I am looking for cheap paradise b'cause I know I do though I see no reason not to hope... Oh one more aspect is that we are a east European family if that shoiuld be taken into consieration. Thank you in advance for your answers and I wish you all a Happy and Prosperous 2011!
