So where do you stand on the Mr. Brainwash controversy. Is he real or is a fiction created by Banksy to make a point?

I can't even make a good guess. I was just mesmerized how the second half of the film focused on MBW and how he got so popular so quickly. At the end of the movie, I remember going WTF just happened? Is it real or is it Memorex? What do you think?

I thought he might be a fiction created for the film, but I read more later which gave me a second thought about that. I should ask my son-in-law if he has any insight.

LOL....sounds like we did the same thing. I searched the internet to try and find something saying that it was fake or something, but couldn't find anything. I'm still not sure what to believe. If this is what the film set out to do in the beginning, then it worked.

Banksy is going mainstream. Now a comic regarding Banksy has been featured on the daily comics page in the Bliss cartoon.

Both are great, but they're completely different in my opinion. Blu is most interesting as animation. As static street art, it's not that special. Banksy's work stands on its own better.

I dig Banksy and Blu. But I'm not sure you can compare the two other than saying they are both street artist. Comparing the two is like comparing a classic pianist to a tenor. Yes, they are both classical artist and are probably appreciated by the same crowd, but they do very different things.

But, thanks for posting. And Exit through the gift shop was indeed awesome.
