Park Grove Apartments. They're off college ave over in college grove. Its right up the hill from college and university and there's a 7 eleven and laundrymat on the corner next to it. Its the straight up roach motel over there. The roaches are immune to Raid, I'm dead serious

Bayview Heights/John Adams Manor...as far as I'm concerned one of the most depressing looking places in San Diego. I've been up in there a few times and I swore the sky just turned grey all of a sudden

The amount of trash on the median across the street from Park Grove is insane. I swear they just dump their garbage on the street. That place is horrible, especially considering that the nearby neighborhoods (Rolando Park, Darnall) are mostly families and homeowners.

Yeah its a trip because its not a bad area, just one bad spot. Living in that place was depressing, it should of been tore down...but they just repainted it

Most of the multi-family property in that section of College Ave is in pretty sad shape. It's really a shame because all they need to do is rehab some of those buildings and you would have a nice little area central to shopping and stuff.
