This really is turning into a Judge Judy case.

Called the new Director. He was walking out to the space to "relocate" the vehicle and is providing his cell phone to the North Coast Patrol. He is instructing them to call him when the vehicle is in the space and he will have it towed.

He gets it.

Judge Judy on hold.

In Alaska that would be SOP. Here in California it is a little more PC. Sign on the garage

Management is finally getting busy. In addition to repainting the spaces they are remarking all the spaces as tow(able). They are also going to issue resident stickers and if security patrol does not see the sticker they will get auth to "relocate" the vehicle. Seems the squeaky wheel is working. The community is remarkable for it's lack of parking. There are zero guest parking spaces. Zero. And while this has led to the problems here it turns the corridors of the complex into a space where children and pets and families can meander and just have a stroll....that is the upside.
