I agree it's totally pathetic and truly sad. I hope many of these people involved in this corruption end up in prison.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't surprise me if this were the norm for CA school districts, speaking from experience. I've met some of the most morally and ethically corrupt people in my life working in public school administration.

I was watching the news this morning and,
These people want the tax payers to pay for their defense!
***Rofl****
Cafeteria workers were stealing food (allegedly) and selling it some where else!
The workers where all related***wtf**
What a mess

The Sweetwater district should be broken up into community unified (i.e. K-12) school districts to give back local control. It is the largest secondary school district in California and it uses its power to stymie all attempts to break it up - the current superintendent, Ed Brand, has put road blocks to K-8 charter schools apparently because they threaten the hegemony of SUHSD over secondary education in the South Bay.
