Hi- I'm interested to know if anyone knows anything about this neighborhood:

1951 47th Street, San Diego CA 92102
Ridgeview - Webster
Zip: 92102

http://www.trulia.com/property/3028279358-1951-47th-St-11-San-Diego-CA-92102

Would you say that an older woman with 2 large dogs living on this property ALONE would be safe there? I know nothing about that area.

Thanks.

That mobile home park is great!
Good people that look out for each other there.
The surrounding area is Ok in the day time but kind changes after dark.
just like any neighborhood be cautious at night and you should be fine

Default Thanks :)

It's not for me, but for a friend with a limited budget. I want to point this listing out to her but wasn't sure about it.

Make sure that the mobile home park accepts large dogs. Most of them have weight limits. I lived in one that had a 30lb weight limit.
