Looking for a vet and boarding facility for my Senior Golden Retriever and Ragdoll Cats, etc. Thankfully, not needed pronto, but want to have one set up if and when the need arises. TIA

Check out Yelp! for vets in Fallbrook. It looks you'll have several to choose from, and they all have good reviews.

Dr. Pyne is my favorite - he's just the best in my book! He's on South Main, near where Main and Mission first cross.

And Dr. Aichle is wonderful as well. His office is on Mission, on the northern end, on your way out of town.

Thank you! I have them all listed, plan on doing a drive-by and then visiting each one. I was looking for a personal recomendation. Is Dr. Pyne Fallbrook Veterinary and Dr. Aichle Avocado Animal Hospital? Any recomendations on Boarding? I see Avocado also boards.

Just made the tour of 3 vets in Fallbrook. Was Dr, Pyne the Vet at Fallbrook Animal Hospital? If so, he has passed away! I was told the Vet that was there for yrs. passed recently and was replaced by Dr. Gary Laubach. Only met him briefly, and was not impressed. I've met friendlier rocks.

Just confirmed, Dr. Pyne, did indeed pass away in Feb. And Dr Aichle, it appears is no longer with Avocado Animal Hospital. I did meet Dr. Steiner, and he spent quite a bit of time with my husband and I. Seemed like a really nice guy and welcomed us with open arms to Fallbrook.

Well now I'm sad. I didn't know he had passed on...

As to the names of the places, I never paid much attention. I knew they had official business names, but we just called it Dr. Pyne's office, or Dr. Aichle's place! But I guess things are changing.

So sorry to break the news to you. From what I'm told he was an excellent Vet and a very nice man.
