That makes too much sense and seems to inexpensive. This is CA after all!

Yeah, I was wondering about something like this as well. I know some people said the smell isn't that bad. I'd have to disagree. Sure there is usually SOME smell in that area... what I smelled the other day was enough to make you want to almost vomit.

And I'm sure it just depends how the wind is blowing because we were near the park and didn't smell it so much but then was driving on Prospect Street and it was just awful. (Just like Shelbygirl1 mentioned, it made me sick to my stomach).

It seems like heyhannah's idea couldn't hurt at all and would definitely improve things. From what I smelled it didn't seem like it could get much worse. Just awful.

Are you kidding? Run that by one of the freak show participants down there at the pool. They'll probably attack you. That would mean a bird would have to fly off it's perch and might not possibly come back to the same spot for an hour or two. You won't be dealing with rational humans suggesting that one. Ever see a Seal stampede? It ain't purty.

Common sense has nothing to do with regulatory agencies created by big Govt. It ain't going to happen any time soon.
