Hi Everyone,

Is Grossmont High a good school? How is the behaviour, performance and general reputation of this school compared to Helix High and Patricks High?

Thanks

Check out GreatSchools - Public and Private School Ratings, Reviews and Parent Community for reviews. Grossmont and Helix are in the Grossmont Unified High School District, Patrick Henry is in the San Diego Unified School Distrit.

Ranking for academics would be,Patrick Henry with Grossmont and helix in a tie.
When it comes to sports it's going to be Helix followed by Grossmont,Patrick Henry.
Overall Grossmont is a good school, with state of the art facility's in a great area of town

This is exactly what I have heard from neighbors who have kids that are either at Helix or graduated that from the Grove.

It looks like they are adding even more stuff to it the last time we drove by (dont remember what facility.) Definitely a school/district that is generally not mentioned on the forums, but always seem to produce really high numbers and satisfaction scores.

Since I have been living here, it seems the Helix football team is consistently tops.
