Hi everyone, I am new to this forum. My husband and I are thinking about buying a townhome or a condo less than 450k. We are focusing on Carmel Valley, Rancho Penasquitoes, Scripps Ranch and Sabre Springs. Does anyone know anything about this particular complex called La Cresta? Or will you recommend your own complex if you really enjoy it please? Many thanks!

Thanks AADAD, I like the location, but the bathrooms are all super tiny. All the toilets are like 2' away from the door, you can barely close the doors...And since we can only afford townhouses, there won't be too much that we can change about it... It is a hard choice for me =(

We're in Terra Vista, across the freeway from Sabre Springs. We also have tiny bathrooms. I suspect it will be difficult (if at all possible) to find condos or townhomes that don't have that issue.
