Vista can be dicey. You can have a really nice area and one block over will be a slum lord apt complex. Spend an hr or so at the Starbucks near the movie complex. You will be approached by at least 10 people asking for money. This appears to be a really nice area...but lots of homeless troll the area. There is a reason why there is a high police presence.

What, specifically, do you want to know? Vista has some really nice, affluent areas and also has some pretty horrible areas as well. Are you looking at the local schools, restuarants, etc...? That street looks like it's in the northern more "rural" part of town. I live somewhat close to there (but a few miles west in Oceanside). My kids are slated to go to Vista High, and I am doing everything possible to move before that happens....if that tells you anything...

Just to be clear, I meant the Starbuck? Cinema complex shopping area is nice....I have no knowledge of the street you mentioned.

I probably wouldn't consider anything North of the 78 freeway. The South side is MUCH nicer.

Agreed. Stay south of the 78 and that area is fine
