Not as strong as in recent years but we should at lease beat Oklahoma

No. 7 SDSU gets friendly NCAA matchup Page 1 of 2 | UTSanDiego.com
Quote:
After San Diego State’s historic win against UCLA on Dec. 1, Coach Steve Fisher received a congratulatory text from Oklahoma coach Lon Kruger. When Oklahoma beat then-No. 5 Kansas in January, Fisher texted the same to Kruger.
On Friday, one of them will be congratulating the other on the biggest win of the season. Seventh-seeded SDSU and No. 10 Oklahoma meet in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament, Friday at approximately 6:20 p.m. in Philadelphia.

Sadly Nobody really going to care in this town until they win a few games in the tournament.
I'll sit and wait

There are some BIG Aztec fans on my street (parents of kids that go there) so not sure if its just a proximity thing to the school. Its nice to see the school spirit around town.
The new Academy has all kinds of SDSU stuff up in the halls

I know plenty of people who have been following them for the last few seasons (Myself included). One thing for sure, this year has been a big disappointment. Good luck to them, they'll need it.

I know a lot of people following them too,but it still doesn't add to the whole city getting behind them.
James Rahon/Jamal Franklyn need to knock their shots to win.

I dunno, I've been somewhat disappointed this season. The 20 wins are nice. This is the "rebuilding year" people were talking about. Those losses sting a little but the wins over UCLA/USC feel real good.

Man that was no contest by the end. But Florida Gulf Coast? Seems these schools are coming out of the woodwork with these great athletic programs it seems.
How about Harvard?!
