If you get the pic of the snow covered lot, there is a row of clickable thumbnail pics just below it.

Also, for the heck of it, my website.

www.jamesriverarmoury.com

I will also soon have:

www.boulevardsfinestducks.com

But it is not up yet.

Sorry man, but I had a chuckle when I saw the Topf Helm. I immediately thought of Monty Pythons Holy Grail and the Knight with no arms.

Really cool stuff btw! You do awesome work!

The house I references on Hwy 94 was actually reduced in the last 5 mins from 89,000 to 86,500

"8 years old and on 10 acres went in foreclosure, hit the MLS at 119K, drifted down to 91K and sold for 51K cash. Had a detached, new 2 car garage, a guest house and an in ground heated pool". From looking around a bit online, I didnt see anything like this example.

Just 3 foreclosures listed here. 91905 Foreclosures for Sale - Boulevard, CA 91905 Foreclosed Homes for Sale and Real Estate - realtor.com®
The other properties that were the cheapest were manufacturer/mobile homes, and not fancy or large. OP, Good luck to you.

Your site would not show properties closed 6 months ago, I do recall the address though, it was 2508 Alta Viva Lane.

Also, I know of a property on Tierra de Melanie that hit craigslist as a Keller Williams listing cash only repo, started at $134k slowly dropped to $99k, then sold for less than that, this was in the last 45 days.

And frankly, you want to be careful of Realtor.com results. Often, there is a closed sale they don't want reported there, really hurts the comps.

Thanks for replying. Do you have cable/internet there. What's it like? Where do you get your water? (I'm asking because it's a desert!)

I have a Verizon cellular USB internet modem. I got it when I went to Santa Ysabel. It works very well in Boulevard, the Verizon tower is about 8000 feet due east of me and I can see it line of sight, plus it is also 4G mow as well. We have well water, and at our location there is plenty of it, well is 200 feet deep, and during a repair about 2 years ago, the water level was only 20 feet down. We have a 3000 gallon tank, it takes 45 mins to fill, because of the ample water table, we have about 50 full size oak trees here, but again that only seems to apply to about 10% of the area.

Oh, and no cable, only dish. However, there is a little video rental in town that has a great selection.
