They go with them. What city in the United States doesn't require a fan in summer?

I was at Home Depot last nite, this poor associate must of turned away 20 people looking for Fans/AC.
I kept thinking to myself, why do people in San Diego wait till the last minute for stuff
Some Times i think San Diego is too laid Back.

San Francisco- people often use central heating in July and August, the two coldest months in SF. January is literally warmer than July in SF.

Me, I try to look at it as a opportunity to enjoy it here in a different way. Swimming in the 72-degree water after work until after sunset without a spring suit? Pretty much only happens this time of year. Pre-dawn (or late-night) bike rides through deserted streets in shorts and a t-shirt with not even a momentary thought of needing a hoodie? Pretty much only happens this time of year. Living outside in the evenings on my patio until 10-11 pm, reading, watching movies, grilling, and basically doing what I'd be doing in my living room on a cool night? Pretty much only happens this time of year. The occasional (and pretty rare) hot summer thunderstorm? Yup. Only this time of year.

Couldn't agree with you more
