Hey guys,

What is the commute like from north escondido to rancho bernardo, both in the am and pm time? are there any alternate routes to the main freeways?

No alternate routes. Int. 15 bisects Rancho Bernardo; its only 6-12 miles from north Escondido (I live there). Traffic is slow and heavy southbound from 6:00 to 9:00 am and 3:00 to 7:00 pm northbound weekdays and can even be heavy on summer weekends especially. New commuter lanes are under constr. in R.B. but constr. has not been a big problem; most of the work is done overnight.

Commute in the morning from N. Escondido to RB will be approx 30 minutes. Going north back home will be slightly less because most of the the northbound traffic packs up before RB.
