Like I said, it doesn't really matter where you live. You could live next to a successful doctor who likes to smoke a joint on weekends. Maybe that smell becomes a bother, who knows. The reality is that in the US, thinking that moving to any area is going to keep you away from any kind of drug is ridiculous. You try to stay away from areas that are known to have a bunch of college kids who are partying and smoking up.

But the truth is, if you're neighbor has teenagers, they might be smoking some joints now and again. Or maybe even the father or mother and so on are enjoying it now and again. It doesn't really matter whether you live in la Jolla, Del Mar, RSF, Encinitas, IB, OB, PB, San Marcos, RB, Fallbrook, downtown, Eastlake, and so on.

If it's getting into your house, in your eyes, in your face because they do it all the time, then yes, it's a problem. But if the only time you ever know it exists is when you walk by the persons house and it's just an odor for a second, that really becomes a personal problem on your part.

The house is not in good shape but you certainly could walk to Roberto's. If I could afford to fix up a house like that, it might appeal to me. DM Heights is beautiful...
