300 days of inventory.....ouch. That's more than TX right ? I think TX /Dallas is only 8 months.

Oddly enough, for the first time, (so I've heard) homes are selling in days with multiple offers now in the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas. Will be interesting to see what happens out here. By the way...I sent you a pm.

I guess its about time for Texas homes to inch upwards in value. I am probably priced out of even Texas by now. Theres still cheap houses but not in desirable neighboors.

What is it that you do for a living? You sound so defeated. Have you gone to see what you would qualify for?

ill be self employeed with a home business. My parents should help me with the costs plus whatever I save up. I doubt ill qualify for a loan and if I do, the interest wont be good. They like people with high paying jobs and excellent credit. I dont use credit cards.


Many others wont be happy if Texas house values go up and they get priced out. That happened like 10 years ago in Florida.
