Entertaining the idea of accepting a job in Carlsbad. Curious what a realistic allotment of time to get there would be. Currently in North Park in SD. Thanks.

I once had to drive from Kensington to Carlsbad during morning rush hour and it took me over 45 mins. It felt like forever.

Agree
You're going to have to leave the house a full hour before your shift.

If it's during regular commute times, no way. My brother llives in N. Carlsbad and with no traffic it takes me 40 minutes to get up there. It took me well over an hour to get home from there in the 5 o'clock hour the other day.
