I just read the Yelp reviews... Thanks for the warning :-) I will re-direct my search to the suggested areas in this forum!

When I was new to SD and made minimal income, I lived there from 03-05 when the building was brand new, it was great then and very cozy. I might have been the first person to live in my studio. Living right on the trolley line was super convenient and I even had free underground parking.

I am not sure about it these days. I walked in the building in 2012 and it felt like nothing had been upgraded or painted.

When they first built them, they were pretty nice, but now they're really crummy.
