Is there a place for kids to swim in the winter in Chula Vista or nearby? Not just a lap pool - a play pool??

They said they are all outdoors, but they keep them heated even in the winter. I didn't realize this is possible. Seems like a lot of days the air would be too cold.

If the air is that cold why would you go swimming anyways?
O.P. It doesn't get That cold here in San Diego to worry about winter
