It is wrong to characterize all of Vista north of the 78 as gangbanger land. There are very nice areas with expensive homes and low crime. I have lived here for 25 years.

I lived there for 21 years. The hilly areas were not gangbanger land. The flats were not always such, but they did become high crime, drug, gang, run-down, graffiti- plagued areas with low-performing schools. I stand by my statement
