Yea if the 10 - 15 footers roll in like they are predicting I will probably sit it out. That's just too damn big for me. Overhead waves are one thing, double overhead and bigger are another

Me too. 10-15 foot is a bit above my pay grade. I can't afford to snap a board out there. Stay safe everyone.

Today's article in the UT mentions Oceanside, Del Mar, and Windansea. Maybe those are the "south-facing" beaches?

I am planning on driving the coastline on Wednesday to see what I can see. I really love to watch the big waves. I will check out those places.
