Is there a good place to look to find a beach house (or house near the beach) for a summer vacation? Having 2 meanings here....both good websites to use as well as areas that would be nice to stay in (probably as far north as Encinitas).

Whatever you do make sure any rental you take has a parking space. Not all do and it's very, very important to have a designated parking space. Especially in the summer.
