Hello San Diegans,

How bad (or hopefully good) is the traffic on I-15, going south in the morning from 4S ranch? Possibly living in 4S ranch, working around Camino Del Rio N, though more closer to the I-8. Would I be better off using the 805 instead?

Thanks

I have a couple of colleagues in my Mission Valley office that commute from 4S Ranch, they say it takes about 25-35 mins depending on traffic and they usually roll into the office at about 8:30 AM. They both have been doing it for years with no complaints.

I would not take the 805 ever, its much more congested in the mornings than the 15 and you have to change freeways 3 times (15-163-805), plus there is not a good exit from the North to Camino DR North. You have to go West and then exit and come back East.

Since you work on Camino Del Rio North, you can easily exit to Camino Del Rio South from the 15 and then cross the bridge back over freeway.
