So be prepared to pay. And do not ask taxpayers to foot the bill. The planet is grossly overpopulated -- we don't need your genes, or your children.

The best thing you can do for yourself, for humans, and for the planet: stop breeding. And this is why all breeding incentives should be eliminated, including child tax credits, family leave policies, increased child deductions, etc. Get rid of it all. Help the planet recover by penalizing those who breed hordes of defecating apex predators (humans) who are eating and sh!tting up every last acre on the planet.
Couldn't agree more!!!

That's right. The only wrinkle is . . .our entire economic/political system is founded on economic growth and young workers subsidizing us old f$cks as we go gently into that good night. Look what "first world" countries like Portugal are facing as their population ages AND declines:

The following phrases come to mind:

- rock and a hard place
- unsustainable hamster wheel
- species dieback

I agree with this but it doesn't speak to reality. The poorest and most wretched places on the planet are the ones with the highest rates of birth. Africa as a continent, for example, is experiencing a huge population boom. What is the benefit of reducing childbirth as you say when the poorest do not do the same? That looks like a recipe for future instability.

That would only be 4.73 times what the average worker makes. 373% more means makes 3.73 times what the average worker makes more than what the average worker makes, which would be 4.73 times what the average worker makes.

You wanna check your numbers?

But they also have the highest rates of of infant mortality. It's a much more complicated situation that you' re addressing. It' s very complicated and I'm mobile so won't be able to continue to comment . . .

All the more reason to put a giant clamp on the border and limit legal immigration to those that are already successful. Currently, we are importing poverty at an unsustainable rate.

Actors and athletes at the tops of their professions make huge $ too. It's certainly nothing near 373x where I work and I work at a pretty big local employer. But it's not a Fortune 500 or anything like that.

What do you think would be reasonable?
