I'm finding several just a couple blocks from the beach in PB.....a 200 sq ft studio for $1025 and a 450 sq ft for $1125.....situated in a small one level complex with a center courtyard. Not too shabby and within walking distance to shops, dining and beach. It's doable!

A 200 sqft studio is pretty small. Mine is 300sqft, and it's way too small for me.

Wow, 200 sq ft studio?! That's like the size of my condo balcony lol. Guess someone must really want to be in a particular area to live in a place that small!
