no electrical....just some touch up paint, I have some wooden shutters that need some resurfacing/sanding/painting due to minor damage from termites and cold air from screen door being left open at night, doorbell and carbon monoxide/fire alarm installation, and possibly some very minor plumbing adjustments.....I have a text into a friend as well who is a realtor who might have some people he can recommend. Just looking to fix up a couple of things and add requirements in case I decide to put my condo on the market in the near future....NO major projects like kitchen or bathroom remodel....thx

Dwayne Schneider but he was mostly active in the late 70s / early 80s and in Indianapolis but he actually wasted much of his work time with a single mom and her two daughters.

So, it's possible that he's not reliable or willing to commute ?

It's going to be real though finding a good reliable handyman here in San Diego. Most real good handymen in San Diego are gobbled up by either the flippers, or the subcontractors real quick.
I had really good success with RedBeacon. They are owned by the Home Depot and have to undergo back ground checks ect....
I hired a hired a guy November from redbeacon and he fix a leak in our roof.
