Anyone get woken by the earthquake last night? I felt a pretty good jolt, then several seconds of rolling here in East County. My husband slept right through it. But then, he was out mowing the lawn when the big Easter Sunday quake hit a few years ago and didn't notice that either. If you felt the quake last night, tell us which part of the county you're in, and how strong it felt in your area.

Bay Park. I thought a raccoon was trying to steal my aluminum cans. Just a good shaking.

I felt nothing, and don't have an earthquake emergency kit.

LA County here. There was an initial trembling (not very jerky/hard) and then a second, longer (didn't feel much stronger) one. Just a gentle shaking up and then done.

East County, I slept through it. Wife's beauty rest was disrupted and she said she couldn't go back to sleep.

Not sure what woke me up the earthquake or my wife saying "We're having an earthquake!" In any event it seemed pretty small.

I got rid of our emergency kit awhile ago. There really wasn't anything in there that would have helped us anyways.

Point Loma here. One jolt to wake me up - brief, one/two seconds maybe. I rolled over and went back to sleep.
