These attacks on the homeless downtown are crazy. There was another one this morning:

San Diego police looking for person of interest in string of homeless murders | Fox News

I hope they catch this guy (or people?) doing this soon.

I was riding this weekend down there trying to finding the fish market and there are some real shady characters living down there behind those businesses. If anyone wondered where all the beat up old RVs went, I found em.

If it is the same person, it is super ballsy of him to do another attack the day after the news was really covering it. Obviously he's a psychopath, but even beyond that he's probably feeling a bit invincible right now. That's a dangerous combination.
