The "capper" is, when the government tells you, you should vote, it is a set up. They use it against you to make you go to jury duty as it is a crime not to go. Then........once in the clutches of court system they tell you how wonderful you are for showing up..............it is a scam. If you don't show........they could come after you with a fine or jail or both.

They figure that if you can vote in an election to help people by voting for the "best" candidate then you can vote on a jury to ... well essentially the same.
