You might want to recalibrate your temperature gauge, Rosie. It got down to 38 degrees at my house. Lots inland areas dipped below freezing last night and tonight feels just as cold. I love it because I'm able to use the fireplace again.

No thanks. It's December and 81 degrees sounds awful.

I rather like our 21° right now and prefer the four distinct seasons we have over the "steady" weather at my birthplace, SD. But as with everything else it's merely a matter of personal preference. The remaining vestiges of the minor snow we received several days ago make it feel like it's really almost Christmas.

Happy first day of winter tomorrow. Surf's up!?!?

same here and it is going to reach mid 40s this afternoon: for us, that means a sweat shirt is all we need, plus a pair of jeans, I won't even wear my jacket when I go out in a few hours. Give me 4 seasons any day. yes, there are times I miss those sunny winter days in So. Ca but I love our beautiful seasons.

It did get cold last night but it's back up to 70 during the day. Perfect Margarita and nap weather.

But more rain is on the way, and it'll be even colder at night.

Xmas with weather will be a good thing. Maybe I'll take tomorrow off to take advantage of the niceness.
