Putting flyovers for all these transitions is a good idea in theory. Until you talk to the people/businesses who either have to move elsewhere or live under the flyover. We have bridge style crosswalks over highways all over. There are two on the 805 between cl mesa bl and genessee and one over that area would be far shorter. I'd think building one of those would be far cheaper than the payout from a settlement.


I'd never let my kids take one of those routes.

San Diego is/was not originally designed for the masses nor is it changing for the masses. It's a super sad state of affairs.
