I'm asking if 30 would feel old in San Diego. I heard it is a college town. And young soldiers.
You'll probably be relieved to find out that you heard wrong.

Whoever told you that probably never lived here.

I know SD County is older but the city of SD itself. Would a 30 year old feel too old?

Asking for someone else.
There is a difference between feeling old and looking old. Some older people feel younger and some both feel and look younger. Some younger people look older and/or may feel and look older. I actually judge a person by their character. Not age.

Too old for what? To fit in at trendy clubs that college kids go to or try your luck in modeling or fashion industry. Yes if you are 30 and look like your age. To go grocery shopping, hang out at the beach, go to Barnes and nobles, hang with friends, or go hiking. Doesn't matter how old you are. So, context is everything.
