I just wanted to say thanks again to everyone who responded. We have decided to rent the house and are very excited to be moving to South Park
Our daughter is currently waitlisted at 3 different schools, so while chances aren't good, we at least have a shot at getting her into a different school.

We did, but we are waitlisted and since we submitted after the deadline that puts us at the bottom of the list.

Just be prepared to wait, because depending on the school, your student may not get in. You need to find out how many students are on the waiting list for each school.

Oh, we definitely do not expect her to get for this year. We are hoping that things work out at the local school. If not, we are making arrangements for other school options or to try the school choice lottery again for next year when we can apply on time.
