The maps breaks down pollution into a dozen or so indicators, with separate categories for PM2.5, Ozone, Diesel, and Traffic

Special Ed. teacher here. Rancho Santa Fe, Encinitas, and Del Mar are among your best bets for your special needs child. Poway also has an excellent reputation but is inland. Great ABA services are Bridges ABA, AST, and VBA. This is a town full of amazing special education teachers, BCBA's, ABA therapists, and people who otherwise specialize in autism. Check out NFAR (National Foundation for Autism Research), and especially the Autism Society Resource Guide here:
