It all just depends on where you live, 200k people is a lot of people and if you live in Carmel Valley or Hillcrest you see very few of them, but if you live in Chula Vista, Oceanside or La Mesa, they are your neighbors and friends.

Yeah the people buying homes in Encinitas and Carmel Valley etc. today are different from the people that were able to buy homes there 14 years ago. Just the way it is.

I don't care where you move........there are always different mindsets with every knucklehead on earth. Soooo, moving to Encinitas means you could live next to a gawd loving person on one side and a leftist socialist America hating clown on the other. It just is. Ya' takes ya' chances.
